Public EV charging across Australia

EV journey planner

Plan a road route with charging stops that match your connector, driving range and battery reserve.

Charging settings

Use your car’s figures for the selected connector. The defaults are editable examples. Listed station power is the site maximum; your plug may deliver less. Minimum charge times exclude taper, queues and setup.

Routes start and finish near the listed chargers in your selected suburb. Allow for the drive from your exact address.

Station pins show stored locations. Check the operator app for live bay status.

Some listed power specifications use Transport for NSW EV charging locations, under CC BY 4.0. Stored specifications do not confirm current operation.

How the charging plan works

The planner uses a road route, your highway range and a battery reserve. It chooses stations with stored connector and power details, then checks the road distances through the proposed stops. Missing charger data can leave gaps in a plan.

Range and charging times are estimates. Weather, speed, elevation, battery temperature and towing change consumption. Tesla access, parking restrictions, pricing and working bays must be checked with the operator. Nearby alternatives are shown for comparison; they are not included in the battery calculation.

Road routing: FOSSGIS / OSRM using OpenStreetMap data. Fix the map. Selected town coordinates are sent to the routing service when you plan a journey. Privacy policy.
